The location is AMAZING!!! It made visiting all the main attractions very easy. Breakfast offered lots of choices with Turkish and European options. I especially loved the sesame bagel. The staff were friendly. The cleaning staff greeted me every morning.
The bathroom has a glass wall. It offered limited privacy.

the room I was assigned initially was quite small, and the noise from the street was very noticeable, especially at night. I requested a room change, but it took a day to arrange, and even then, the new room wasn't much quieter. the breakfast selection, while adequate, could have used more variety...

The location is central. It is convenient because it is a short walk to the tram stop. The staff are kind. All appliances in my room worked properly.
The hotel was recommended as a five star hotel. It seems more like a four star hotel. The bathroom had a glass wall with no privacy.
