the staff was VERY friendly and supportive. the location is excellent, super close to main tourist areas. IT'S a very beautiful hotel.
some amenities are a bit dated BUT it didn't affect my stay too much.

easy access friendly staff
The location is AMAZING!!! It made visiting all the main attractions very easy. Breakfast offered lots of choices with Turkish and European options. I especially loved the sesame bagel. The staff were friendly. The cleaning staff greeted me every morning.
The bathroom has a glass wall. It offered limited privacy.

the hotel had a great location within walking distance of many attractions.
the room I was assigned initially was quite small, and the noise from the street was very noticeable, especially at night. I requested a room change, but it took a day to arrange, and even then, the new room wasn't much quieter. the breakfast selection, while adequate, could have used more variety...

cleanliness friendly staff historic attractions rooftop terrace
The hotel was very clean and well maintained. the staff was friendly and helpful. i appreciated its proximity to historic attractions. It was very convenient. the rooftop terrace was a nice added touch offering a different perspective.
the variety in the breakfast could be slightly improved, though the existing options were adequate.

the hotel enjoys a prime location, only minutes from the grand bazaar. it is also an easy walk to the hagia sophia mosque and topkapi palace. this proximity made sightseeing simple.

farouk and his reception colleagues were always smiling and ready to assist. hawa, the cleaning lady, was also very friendly and efficient. the morning check out team also kindly stored our luggage.

Wonderful Stay in a Fantastic Location

The room was spacious, and it was very clean. I found the location perfect for walking to most attractions. The friendly staff offered seamless check-in and check-out services. I also enjoyed the great breakfast options. The bed was very nice. Everything met my expectations perfectly.
